SANCTION FEE IS $50 FOR 2025-26 SEASON

GATE - $12 Per Person   12 & under free

3 Coaches Passes

Will try to have Schedules out Wednesday evening

4GG - DOUBLE POOL SEEDED INTO DOUBLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT

1ST/2ND-RINGS-MVP AWARDS / CHAMPIONSHIP BELT OR TROPHY TO EACH BRACKET WINNER

MVP AWARDS TO EACH TEAM AFTER EVERY GAME

If an age group is full your team will go on a waiting list. If another team drops out your team will be contacted and then added to the tournament.

8U             55 MINUTES FINISH BATTER IN  POOL    55 MINUTES FINISH INNING IN BRACKET

9U-18U    60 MINUTES FINISH BATTER IN POOL    60 MINUTES FINISH INNING IN BRACKET

Pool games can end in a tie, bracket we must have a winner!!

Bracket: HIGH SEED IN WINNER'S BRACKET IS HOME TEAM.      GAMES IN LOSERS BRACKET WILL USE COIN FLIP TO DETERMINE HOME TEAM

YOU CAN BAT ENTIRE LINEUP IF YOU CHOOSE

COURTESY RUNNER FOR PITCHER AND CATCHER.  CAN BE ANYONE ON YOUR TEAM

Softballs: 

BALLS ARE PROVIDED FOR TOURNAMENT

Sportsmanship:

Penalties for Coach or Parent getting ejected: Coach and parent must leave the field of play for that game.

Sept 1st til aug 31st

Extra Innings : Progressive kamakaze 

Teams will start with LAST BATTER OF PREVIOUS INNING on 3rd base with 2 Outs.

IF GAME: WILL BE A ONE-INNING ITB SHOOTOUT.  YOU CAN MAKE NEW LINE UP IF YOU CHOOSE.  LAST BATTER GOES TO SECOND BASE WITH NO OUTS

Roster:

All teams must post roster online.  

Mercy Rule:

12/10/8 After 3/4/5

Birth Certificates:

Coaches, its your responsibility to have them handy in case one of your players gets protested.  If you don't have it to show during a protest you will forfeit.  

Protest Fee:

Protest fee is $200 Protesting coach must let tournament director which player he or she is protesting.  If its more than one player its an additional $200 and $200 for every player you want to protest.  This rule is set for teams that suspect but aren't sure.  Some kids are big but it doesn't mean they're too old. My suggestion is to be absolutely sure if you're protesting a player. 

If protesting coach wins his protest he gets his money back and the game continues.  Protest must be made before the game is over.

Rain out Policy:

Zero games played, 100% registration fee refund.

1 game played, 50% registration fee refund.

2 games played, 10% registration fee refund

*If 3rd game has been started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund. 

We will do everything possible to give out awards. It is important to understand this is an INCOMPLETE TOURNAMENT award determination. We will make every attempt to use the most fair method possible based on where the tournament was when the cancellation took place. 

Tournament Director Reserves the right to make adjustments/amendments as necessary.
