Team Insurance for the 2025-2026 season. We have two different time frames for coverage. First is our Feb 1 2025 to January 31 2026 or Second will be from Aug 1st 2025 to July 31st  2026. The month you buy your policy will determine which policy you receive. We will always place you in the policy that gives you the longest coverage.

Once the form is completed and payment is processed, an insurance certificate will be emailed to the Coach.

Abuse & Molestation $200,000.
Excess accident medical coverage 100,000 per injury per player with a $250 deductible
